The ICBIE completes 10 years of activity, and for the occasion we will put on a Festival of workshops, events, expositions and performances. The program will run from the 29th of November to the 20th of December, in three intense weeks, and you, too, can be part of this celebration.
To raise funds for the organization of the events, we are promoting a LOTTERY: 10 YEARS OF THE ICBIE.

You can purchase a ticket by coming to visit the ICBIE any day between Monday and Saturday, from 9 AM to 6:30 PM, and during the Festival events.
The drawing will take place through the Brazilian “Federal Lottery” on the 19th of December* (the last three digits of the first prize drawing) and the prize will be given to the winner during the concluding event of the Festival at the ICBIE, starting at 6 PM. The name of the winner will be announced through the blog (www.icbie.net) and the Institute’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/icbie.salvador).

RULES AND CONDITIONS: LOTTERY FOR 10 YEARS OF ICBIE
• The price of each number/ticket is R$ 10.00
• The lottery will comprise a total of 500 numbers, running from 000 to 500.
• Anyone can participate, excepting members of the ICBIE team.
• Anyone can purchase up to ten numbers, increasing thereby their possibility of winning.
• Payment is by cash only.
• The drawing will be on the day 19/12/2015 and will be cancelled in the event that the sale of tickets does not cover the cost of the prize, up to the day 19/12/2015.
• Based upon the drawing of the Federal Lottery on the specified day (19/12/2015), the winner will be chosen in the following way:
• In the event that the drawing of the Federal Lottery does not take play on the day specified for the Lottery, the next drawing will be used.
• The result of Federal Lottery will be published in our site (www.icbie.net) and it can also be consulted in the Lottery offices or at the site: http://www.caixa.gov.br.
• The prize will be consigned at the ICBIE, Rua Julio David, 57 – Ribeira. Tel (71) 3207 7717.
• In the even that the winner does not contact the ICBIE and the ICBIE is unable to contact him or her in the next ninety days after the drawing of the Federal Lottery, a second lottery will be organized, but the numbers from the first lottery will no longer be valid.
• The purchase of the ticket includes an acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this regulation.
