While Salvador is frenetically preparing for carnival, our Institute is busy planning for the new school year. The full calendar of course offerings is in place and is posted on the headbar of the ICBIE website, for easy reference. The new year can boast of an expanded English program, with multiple sessions at different levels, and all the Italian offerings have been maintained. Finally, always ready to try something new, we are exploring the possibility of offering a music course, as well as continuing with the mainstays of popular guitar, dance and capoeira.
Besides the courses and workshops, planning is underway for the next cycle of events as part of our ‘Ponto de Cultura’ responsibilities to the State of Bahia. From April 6 – 15, the events will focus upon the theme, “Cinema and Classics of Bahia.” Specific information will be forthcoming soon!
