A new cycle of ICBIE events begins next month
As the official “Cultural Point” of Ribeira, from December 7 to 17 the ICBIE will present a cycle of events regarding Cinema and Music, with films, discussions, music, workshops and more.
Among the highlights are six evenings of film projections and three days of workshops for singers. Saturday December 16th will also feature the Sixth Annual EBM (Exposition-Bazaar-Music), presenting exhibitions and performances by Juliana Coelho, Victor Vittoria, Banda Dream, Estilo Livre featuring DJ Skull, Marjorie dos Anjos and Matheus Kawan, and, along with the Bazaar, a workshop in customising and recycling clothing. On Sunday the 17th, the closing event will include a presentation of ICBIE’s annual Leonardo Prizes and a reunion of the Italian community with a wine auction and a concert by the wonderful singer, Anna Clementi.
