Once again this year, we celebrated the lifeline that binds two continents, two projects and the same dream of change: ICBIE Italy-Brazil!
The Roman staff of the ICBIE Europa Onlus was present in force and well-organized at the Villetta in Via Passino in Garbatella on Saturday the 18th and Pietro Gallina, founder of the ICBIE Salvador, once again this year, did not fail to attend, celebrating the event along with many ex-students from the Socrate high school, a few of whom performed in a concert in support of the association’s projects in Salvador de Bahia.
The program of events:
– 6 PM Djam dj-set;
– 7 PM A brief theater performance, “Prefeição”, extracted from the show “Eye for Eye and the world becomes blind,” with Edilson Arauyo;
– 7:30 PM live music with: Gabriele Barettin, Lavinia Mancusi, Emiliano Ottaviani, Filippo Gatti;
At the refreshment counter, food and drinks were offered, including the standard traditional Fejoada, along with Cassava chicken, various salads, focacce, sweet deserts and, of course, lots of Caipirinhas.
The entrance fee was donated in support of the ICBIE’s projects in Salvador. To all the people who participated in this magnificent event we send our thanks, hoping to see you all again next year.
