During the evening of Thursday, February 20th, the ICBIE hosted a rollicking and animated get-together, thanks to a proposal made by Loona and her group of English students.\u00a0 Called \u201cA Rua \u00e9 Nossa,\u201d it brought together students from the English course, a few language teachers, ICBIE volunteers, students from the capoeira class and friends and neighbors who live nearby, in our beautiful Ribeira.<\/p>\n

The principal goal was to reclaim the street as a social and cultural space, where the community can gather, in spite of the widespread violence;\u00a0 therefore, we set up tables just outside of the Institute’s entrance, to provide a small gastronomic and musical banquet, accompanied by notes of the berimbau.<\/p>\n

Due to a surprise downpour, we had to retreat back into the ICBIE and obviously we continued the party, also because the day coincided with the birthday of Pietro, the founder of the ICBIE.<\/p>\n

And so, with pandiero beats, feet shuffling to the samba rhythms and showdowns during a Capoeira Roda, we had a beautiful evening, centered upon a spirit of sharing and the joy of being together.\u00a0 The plan is to transform \u201ca rua \u00e9 nossa\u201d into a periodic ICBIE event.<\/p>\n

\"6s\"<\/a> \"9s\"<\/a> \"7s\"<\/a> \"5s\"<\/a> \"4s\"<\/a> \"3s\"<\/a> \"1s\"<\/a>Durante a noite de quinta feira 20 de fevereiro no ICBIE, por m\u00e9rito da proposta de Loona e do grupo de alunos do curso de ingl\u00eas, realizamos um encontro vivaz e brincalh\u00e3o chamado \u201cA rua \u00e9 nossa\u201d. Ao evento participaram alguns alunos do curso de ingl\u00eas, alguns professores de l\u00edngua, volunt\u00e1rios do ICBIE, alunos do curso de capoeira e amigos e vizinhos que moram perto da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o no nosso lindo bairro da Ribeira.<\/p>\n

A finalidade principal da noite \u00e9 aquela de resgatar a rua qual espa\u00e7o social, cultural e de agrega\u00e7\u00e3o contra a viol\u00eancia difundida; colocamos, ent\u00e3o, logo fora da porta de entrada do Instituto as mesas e arrumamos um pequeno buf\u00ea gastron\u00f4mico \u2013 musical acompanhado pelo toque do Berimbau.<\/p>\n

A causa de uma forte chuva inesperada, tivemos que entrar novamente no Instituto, mas, naturalmente, continuamos a festa, mesmo porque o evento coincidiu com o anivers\u00e1rio do Pietro o fundador e atual diretor art\u00edstico do ICBIE.<\/p>\n

Entre toque de pandeiro, movimentos de quadril ao ritmo do samba e v\u00e1rias provoca\u00e7\u00f5es durante a roda de capoeira, passamos uma bel\u00edssima noite caracterizada pela j\u00f3ia do compartilhamento e do estar juntos.<\/p>\n

A id\u00e9ia \u00e9 de transformar \u201ca rua \u00e9 nossa\u201d em um evento peri\u00f3dico do ICBIE.<\/p>\n

 Durante la serata di giovedi 20 febbraio all\u2019ICBIE, grazie alla proposta di Loona e del suo grupo di alunni del corso d\u2019inglese, si \u00e9 svolto una giocoso e vivace incontro che abbiamo chiamato \u201cA Rua \u00e9 Nossa\u201d a cui hanno partecipato vari studenti del corso d\u2019inglese, alcuni professori di lingua, volontari presso l\u2019ICBIE, alunni del corso di capoeira ed amici e vicini che risiedono nei pressi del nostro bel quartiere di Ribeira.<\/p>\n

La finalit\u00e1 principale \u00e9 stata quella di rivendicare la strada come spazio sociale, culturale e di aggregazione contro la violenza diffusa; abbiamo quindi collocato appena fuori alla porta d\u00b4entrata dell\u00b4Istituto dei tavolini ed abbiamo allestito un piccolo banchetto gastronomico-
\nmusicale, accompagnato dalle note del Berimbau.<\/p>\n

Per colpa di un acquazzone inatteso, siamo dovuti rientrare nella struttura e chiaramente continuare con i festeggiamenti, dato che questo evento \u00e9 inoltre coinciso con il compleanno di Pietro, il fondatore dell\u2019ICBIE<\/p>\n

Tra colpi di pandeiro, colpi d\u2019anca a ritmo di Samba e sfide varie durante la Roda di Capoeira, abbiamo passato una bellissima serata all\u2019insegna della condivisione e della gioia di stare
\ninsieme. L\u00b4idea \u00e9 trasformare \u201ca rua \u00e9 nossa\u201d in un evento peri\u00f3dico dell\u00b4ICBIE.<\/p>\n
