AULA DE DRINQUES E COQUETEIS NO ICBIE<\/p>\n

S\u00e1bado, 15\/12, o ICBIE organizou, em parceria com o SENAC, a oficina de drinks e coquet\u00e9is com a professora Maira Pinto.<\/p>\n

Durante o curso, as alunas do ICBIE e o nosso diretor Artistico, Pietro Gallina, receberam aulas te\u00f3ricas e pr\u00e1ticas sobre a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rias bebidas destiladas.<\/p>\n

Foi um divertido aprendizado onde todos aproveitaram o ensejo para brindar as deliciosas receitas et\u00edlicas preparadas pelas aspirantes a “bartender”.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a tarde de trabalho foi realizado um concurso de drinks e coquet\u00e9is e os vencedores foram:<\/p>\n

1\u00b0 lugar: “Pin\u00e3 Colada”<\/p>\n

2\u00b0 lugar: “Kir Royal”<\/p>\n

3\u00b0 lugar: “Mojito Soda”<\/p>\n

LEZIONE DI DRINKS E COCKTAILS ALL\u00b4ICBIE<\/p>\n

Sabato 15\/12, l\u00b4ICBIE ha organizzato in partenariato con il SENAC, un workshop di “Drinks e Cocktails” con la professoressa Maira Pinto. Durante il corso, le alunne dell\u00b4ICBIE e il nostro direttore artistico, Pietro Gallina, hanno ricevuto lezioni teoriche e pratiche sulla preparazione di varie bibite alcoliche. \u00c8 stato un divertente apprendistato durante il quale tutti hanno potuto approfittare per assaggiare e brindare con le deliziose ricette etiliche preparate per le aspiranti “barwoman”.<\/p>\n

Dopo il pomeriggio di lavoro \u00e9 stato realizzato un concorso di drinks e i vincitori sono stati:<\/p>\n

1\u00ba posto “Pin\u00e3 Colada”<\/p>\n

2\u00ba posto “Kir Royal”<\/p>\n

3\u00ba posto “Mojito Soda”<\/p>\n

Last Saturday, the ICBIE, in partnership with SENAC, organized a workshop in “Drinks and Cocktails” with Prof. Maira Pinto. \u00a0During the course, the ICBIE students and our artistic director Pietro Gallina were given lessons in the preparation of various alcoholic drinks. \u00a0It was an enjoyable apprenticeship, where everyone could take advantage of the opportunity to taste and toast with the delicious and inebriating mixtures that were prepared for the aspiring “barwomen.”<\/p>\n

After an afternoon of work, there was a contest in drink making and the winners were:<\/p>\n

1st prize “Pin\u00e3 Colada”<\/p>\n

2nd prize “Kir Royal”<\/p>\n

3rd prize “Mojito Soda”<\/p>\n
