Well, now this is wonderful news. Marcella and Ivanildo were married last Thursday, March 17th at 9:30 in the morning in Salvador!
Since Marcella arrived on the ICBIE staff nearly four years ago, she has steadily taken on more and more responsibility, becoming a true leader for everyone. When she had to return to Italy, she rolled up her sleeves and did fantastic work for ICBIE Europa, before she managed to get her visa to stay in Salvador permanently more than a year ago. Last year she and Ivanildo bought a house in the neighborhood, and her long-term plans to stay have provided our Institute with a dependable and enthusiastic bastion that was direly needed.
Everyone at the ICBIE in Salvador and everyone in the Rome group wishes her and Ivanildo all the happiness in the world!
And while everyone was in a partying mood, Saturday, March 19th was Pietro and Marlene’s 17th wedding anniversary and also Augusto’s birthday.
