While the madness of carnival reaches its peak, the ICBIE continues to organize for the 2008 school year, and the schedule for the computer program is ready.\u00a0 These precious course offerings will permit dozens of kids to attain valuable skills that will greatly improve their chances for finding meaningful jobs.\u00a0 Here is a summary of the offerings.<\/p>\n

Foundation course<\/u> – 3 months, 3 hours per week, for a total of 36 hours, 04\/03\/2008 – 29\/05\/2008.\u00a0 Two sections: Tuesday and Thursday 15:00 – 16:30 (Afternoon course) or Tuesday and Thursday 19:30 – 21:00 (Evening course)<\/p>\n

Keyboard skills<\/u> – 2 months, 3 hours per week, for a total of 24 hours, 03\/03\/2008 – 28\/04\/2008.\u00a0 Monday and Wednesday 19:30 – 21:00<\/p>\n

Computer Maintenance and Configuration<\/u> – 3 months, 3 hours per week, for a total of 36 hours, 01\/03\/2008 – 24\/05\/2008. Saturday 15:00 – 18:00<\/p>\n

Computer courses are offered in collaboration with <\/em>ARCI Solidarity <\/em><\/strong> of Reggio Emilia, Italy, whose <\/em> contributions help with the salaries of the instructors.<\/em><\/p>\n
