After the opening event with the activity of itinerant painting on Friday morning, accompanied by the exuberant group of children from the “Cidade m\u00e3e” Foundation, the opening of the library continued during the afternoon of Friday the 30th and all day Saturday the 31st of July.\u00a0 As planned, Friday’s events were numerous and meaningful:<\/p>\n

– the exposition, in the rooms of the Institute, of the works of the great Leonardo da Vinci.\u00a0 About 50 reproductions were shown: the designs for the famous machines of Da Vinci, his studies of human and animal anatomy and his most famous paintings, from the Mona Lisa to the Last Supper to the series of Madonnas, etc.\u00a0 At the same time, three video screens projected three different documentaries on the life of Leonardo, accompanied by appropriate musical backgrounds.<\/p>\n

– a presentation by the Little Theater Company of the ICBIE (Meg, Paulo, Romario, Josemar, Camilla, Jade): a recital consisting of the declamation of six Brazilian poems.<\/p>\n

– the solemn ceremony for the inauguration, with ICBIE president Pietro Gallina, the librarians Ana Paula dos Anjos and Gislene Dias, the representative from the Foundation of Museums Ana Coelho, the Italian Consul Giovanni Pisano, the under secretary of culture from the city of Salvador Eleiezer Cruiz. Pietro told the story of the Library, of how the books arrived in Salvador, the choice of the name of the library and his desire to make this scholastic and multimedia resource available to the community, to incite people to read and to spread culture. It was a big success, with many old and new friends and supporters of the ICBIE present.<\/p>\n

– prizes were awarded for the four best drawings on the theme of Leonardo (the prizes were obviously books)<\/p>\n

– a recitation of some significant articles of the Brazilian Constitution, by the Little Theater Company of the ICBIE.<\/p>\n

As a salutation and an invitation for the next day’s appointments, a fine cocktail was offered, complete with snacks and good wine!<\/p>\n

Saturday was just as busy:<\/p>\n

– during the morning, a street painting on the theme of Leonardo and an invitation to reading was painted on a wall nearby the the institute: a great way to communicate the library’s opening.\u00a0 Working on the wall were: Julio, Bigode, Sank and ….
\nFollowing that, an original exhibition of hapkido on the theme of an invitation to reading, again a performance by the Little Theater Company of the ICBIE, and the long awaited raffle of books of the basic basket of books (like the basic basket of food that is distributed to the poor, but here, food for the mind), and then a performance by the Palafitas Band, an interesting presentation of the book Novos Algados by Jos\u00e9 Eduardo Ferreira Santos with the presence of Gino Tapparelli (professor of sociology at the UFBA), Ana Cecilia de Sousa Bastos, professor at the UFBA, Father Jo\u00e2o Carlos Petrini and the moving testimony of Dona Tiburcia, one of the first residents of the favela Novos Alagados, constructed on stilts in the outlying Suburbio Ferroviario of Salvador.\u00a0 As a culmination to the book’s presentation, a showing of pictures of the area by the Italian photographer Marco Illuminati.<\/p>\n

And finally, for the indomitable, a projection of the film Fahrenheit 451.
\nA big hand once again for the whole ICBIE team, for Pietro’s artistic direction and above all, with the hopes that our Library can finally be assiduously frequented by a vast public.\u00a0 Among the other activities that are planned, there is now the effort of realize activities in collaboration with the schools of the Itapagipe peninsula and with the universities, especially where music, art and cinematography are studied.<\/p>\n

\nDepois da abertura do evento com a atividade de pintura itinerante, na manh\u00e3 da sexta-feira passada, acompanhada com alegria tamb\u00e9m por um grupo de crian\u00e7as da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cCidade M\u00e3e\u201d, a Biblioteca continuou sendo aberta na tarde da mesma sexta-feira, dia 30, e durante todo o dia de s\u00e1bado. Conforme ao programa, foram muitos os eventos da sexta-feira:<\/p>\n

– nas salas internas do Instituto a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a obra do grande Leonardo da Vinci. Expostas cerca de 50 reprodu\u00e7\u00f5es: os desenhos das famosas m\u00e1quinas de Da Vinci, os seus estudos de anatomia humana e animal e suas pinturas mais famosas, da Mona Lisa, \u00e0 \u00daltima Ceia e \u00e0 s\u00e9rie de imagens da Nossa Senhora, etc. Ao mesmo tempo, tr\u00eas telas de TV projetavam tr\u00eas diferentes document\u00e1rios sobre a vida de Leonardo e uma grande proje\u00e7\u00e3o das imagem de obras de Leonardo, acompanhadas por uma m\u00fasica apropriada.<\/p>\n

– apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Piccola Compagnia de Teatro do ICBIE (Meg, Paulo, Romario, Josemar, Camilla, Jade): declama\u00e7\u00e3o de seis poesia brasileira.<\/p>\n

– inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o solene, com o presidente do ICBIE Pietro Gallina, as bibliotec\u00e1rias Ana Paula dos Anjos e Gislene Dias, o representante da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o do museus Ana Coelho, o c\u00f4nsul italiano Giovanni Pisanu e o sub-secret\u00e1rio da Cultura di Salvador, Eleiezer Cruiz. Pietro contou a hist\u00f3ria da Biblioteca, como os livros chegaram em Salvador, a escolha do nome da Biblioteca e o seu desejo de fornecer \u00e0 comunidade uma cole\u00e7\u00e3o livraria e multim\u00eddia para a gente alcan\u00e7ar a leitura e para espalhar a cultura em geral. Sucesso de publico, presentes muitos velhos e novos amigos e simpatizantes do ICBIE.<\/p>\n

– premia\u00e7\u00e3o dos melhores quatro desenhos recebidos sobre o assunto \u201cLeonardo\u201d (o pr\u00eamio, \u00e9 claro, consistiu em livros)<\/p>\n

– declama\u00e7\u00e3o, da Piccola Compagnia de Teatro do ICBIE, de alguns significativos artigos da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira<\/p>\n

Para nos cumprimentar e dar compromisso no dia seguinte (s\u00e1bado) foi servido um otimo coquetel cheio de deliciosos salgados e de um bom vinho!<\/p>\n

Igualmente desafiador o dia de s\u00e1bado:<\/p>\n

– de manh\u00e3 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o, numa parede externa pr\u00f3xima ao Instituto, de um grafite sobre Leonardo e convite para a leitura: \u00f3tima maneira de comunicar \u00e0 maioria a noticia da abertura da Biblioteca. Ao muro trabalharam: Julio Bigode , Sank e….<\/p>\n

De tarde exibi\u00e7\u00e3o original do Hapkido sobre a Promo\u00e7\u00e3o da Leitura, de novo a Piccola Compagnia do ICBIE, o ansiado sorteio dos livros da Cesta b\u00e1sica dos livros ( Cesta b\u00e1sica que contem – na vers\u00e3o original \u2013 alimentos fundamentais para uma fam\u00edlia m\u00e9dia…. ent\u00e3o livros como alimento para a mente), depois o show da Banda Palafitas, a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o muito interessante do livro \u201cNovos Algados\u201d de Jos\u00e9 Eduardo Ferreira Santos, com a presen\u00e7a de Gino Tapparelli (Professor de sociologia na UFBA), Ana Cec\u00edlia de Sousa Bastos, professora da UFBA, o Padre Jo\u00e2o Carlos Petrini e a emocionante testemunha da dona Tiburcia, um dos primeiros moradores da favela Novos Alagados, constru\u00edda sobre palafitas no Sub\u00farbio Ferrovi\u00e1rio de Salvador. Para coroar a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do livro, proje\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens de Novos Alagados do fot\u00f3grafo italiano Marco Illuminati.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, para os \u00faltimos incans\u00e1veis, o filme Fahrenheit 451.<\/p>\n

De novo uma aprova\u00e7\u00e3o vai para todos do ICBIE e para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o art\u00edstica de Pietro com, em particular, a esperan\u00e7a que a nossa Biblioteca possa ser regularmente frequentada por um grande p\u00fablico; no programa agora h\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m o compromisso para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com as escolas da Pen\u00ednsula de Itapagipe e com as Universidades, em particular aquelas onde se estuda m\u00fasica, arte, teatro e cinema.<\/p>\n

Dopo l\u00b4apertura dell\u00b4evento con l\u00b4attivit\u00e1 di pittura itinerante di venerdi mattina, accompagnata allegramente anche da un gruppo di ragazzini della Fondazione “Cidade m\u00e3e”, l\u00b4apertura della Biblioteca \u00e9 continuata nel pomeriggio di venerd\u00ed 30 e per tutta la giornata di sabato 31. Come da programmazione, molto molto fitti gli eventi del venerdi:<\/p>\n

– l\u00b4esposizione nelle sale interne dell\u00b4Istituto sull\u00b4opera del grande Leonardo da Vinci. Esposte circa 50 riproduzioni: i disegni delle famose macchine di Da Vinci, i suoi studi di anatomia umana ed animale e i suoi pi\u00fa famosi dipinti, dalla Monnalisa all\u00b4Ultima cena, alla serie delle Madonne, ecc. In contemporanea 3 schermi TV che proiettavano 3 diversi documentari sulla vita di Leonardo ed una maxi proiezione delle immagini delle opere di Leonardo accompagnate da un appropriato sottofondo musicale.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 presentazione de La Piccola Compagnia di Teatro dell\u00b4ICBIE (Meg, Paulo, Romario, Josemar, Camilla, Jade): recital composto dalla declamazione di 6 poesie brasiliane.<\/p>\n

– atto solenne di inaugurazione con il presidente dell\u00b4ICBIE Pietro Gallina, le Bibliotecarie Ana Paula dos Anjos e Gislene Dias, la rappresentante della Fondazione dei musei Ana Coelho, il console italiano Giovanni Pisanu, il sub segretario alla Cultura della citt\u00e1 di Salvador Eleiezer Cruiz. Pietro ha raccontato la storia della Biblioteca, come i libri sono arrivati a Salvador, la scelta del nome della Biblioteca e il suo desiderio di mettere a disposizione della comunit\u00e1 un patrimonio librario e multimediale per l\u00b4avvicinamento alla lettura e la diffusione della cultura in generale. Successo di pubblico, presenti tanti vecchi e nuovi amici e sostenitori dell\u00b4ICBIE.
\n– premiazione dei migliori 4 disegni pervenuti sul tema Leonardo (i premi naturalmente consistevano in libri)
\n– declamazione di alcuni significativi articoli della Costituzione Brasiliana da parte della Piccola Compagnia di Teatro dell\u00b4ICBIE.<\/p>\n

Per salutarci e darci appuntamento all\u00b4indomani (sabato) \u00e9 stato servito un ottimo cocktail ricco di sfiziosi salgados e di buon vino!<\/p>\n

Altrettanto impegnativa la giornata di sabato:
\n– in mattinata realizzazione di un grafito su un muro esterno nei pressi dell\u00b4Istituto sul tema Leonardo ed invito alla lettura: ottima forma per comunicare ai pi\u00fa l\u00b4apertura della Biblioteca.\u00a0 Sul muro a lavoro c\u00b4erano: Julio, Bigode, Sank e ….
\nA seguire nel pomeriggio originale esibizione di Hapkido sul tema Incentivo alla Lettura, ancora la Piccola compagnia di teatro dell\u00b4ICBIE, il sospirato sorteggio dei libri dalla Cesta basica dos livros (in richamo alla Cesta basica contenente – nella versione originale – generi alimentari di prima necessit\u00e1 per una famiglia media ….quindi libri come cibo per la mente), poi la performance della Banda Palafitas, l\u00b4interessantissima presentazione del libro Novos Algados di Jos\u00e9 Eduardo Ferreira Santos con la presenza di Gino Tapparelli (professore di socioloiga all\u00b4UFBA), Ana Cecilia de Sousa Bastos, professoressa dell\u00b4UFBA, Padre Jo\u00e2o Carlos Petrini e l\u00b4emozionante testimonianza di dona Tiburcia una delle prime atitanti della favela Novos Alagados costruita su Palafitte nel Suburbio Ferroviario di Salvador, estrema periferia. A coronare la presentazione del libro la proiezione delle immagini sull\u00b4area di Novos Alagados del fotografo italiano Marco Illuminati.
\nInfine per gli ultimi instacabili la proiezione del film Fahrenheit 451.
\nUn plauso ancora una volta a tutta l\u00b4equipe ICBIE e alla realizzazione artistica di Pietro e soprattutto l\u00b4augurio che finalmente la nostra Biblioteca possa essere frequentata assiduamente da un pubblico vasto e tra le altre attivita in programma c\u00b4\u00e9 ora l\u00b4impegno anche di realizzare attivit\u00e1 in collaborazione con le scuole della Penisola di Itapagipe e con le Universit\u00e1 soprattutto dove si studia musica, arte, teatro e cinematografia.<\/p>\n

Un ringraziamento particolare v\u00e1 a chi, a partire dall\u00b4inizio di quest\u00b4anno ha portato avanti e finalmente concluso con assidua caparbiet\u00e1 tutto il lavoro di catalogazione ed organizzazione della Biblioteca: Amanda Estrela, Eriv\u00e3 Barbosa, Caterina Chiossi, L\u00ecva Rocha, Ros\u00e2ngela Gomes e Gleice Boaventura.<\/p>\n
