Dedicated to the students of the ICBIE and the citizens of Ribeira, the concert will include our exuberant Bahian friend, Fred Menendez, who is fresh back from an Italian tour to, yes, Ferrara.\u00a0 Fred will bring along his band, with Marcos Boi, Shafick Patriarca, Orlando Nascimento and Elielson Amorim, so it promises to be lively!<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.icbie.net\/blog_old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/bottoniconcert.jpg\" title=\"Bottoni concert\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.icbie.net\/blog_old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/bottoniconcert.jpg\" alt=\"Bottoni concert\" height=\"634\" width=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Thanks to Vanessa Costa, another wonderful friend and collaborator behind the scenes who assists us in crucial public relations, the major newspapers and media in Salvador received the following release, explaining this unique two days of exchange and solidarity with Italy.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Roy Zimmerman<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de Bueiros em Salvador e Concerto Solid\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><em>O Italiano Stefano Bottoni traz \u00e0 Salvador uma exposi\u00e7\u00e3o inusitada<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Uma exposi\u00e7\u00e3o fotogr\u00e1fica inusitada, que tem como pe\u00e7a chave o bueiro. \u00c9 nesse contexto que o italiano Stefano Bottoni traz \u00e0 Salvador a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o fotogr\u00e1fica Bueiros. O bueiro, em ferro fundido, \u00e9 um artefato, quase sempre desvalorizado, t\u00edpico do ambiente urbano, e Stefano conseguiu reunir v\u00e1rias pe\u00e7as de todo o mundo que estar\u00e3o expostas, de 21(vernissage \u00e0s 19h) a 30 de novembro, das 9h \u00e0s 17, na sede do Instituto Cultural Brasil It\u00e1lia Europa (ICBIE) na Rua Porto dos Tanheiros, 36, Ribeira. Um concerto tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 realizado pelo artista no local.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A exposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um projeto do Museu Internazionale delle Ghise, resultado da pesquisa Arqueologia Industrial por Stefano Bottoni, caracterizada pela grande variedade art\u00edstica de ferro fundido a n\u00edvel mundial. A mostra traz imagens dos bueiros que s\u00e3o artefatos em ferro batido fotografados por Bottoni em v\u00e1rias cidades do mundo e s\u00e3o culturalmente as portas dos labirintos subterr\u00e2neos das cidades, sempre decoradas com nomes antigos e de bastante valor hist\u00f3rico, como as pe\u00e7as encontradas em Helsinque, Moscou, Oslo, Amsterd\u00e3, Viena, Roma, Sarajevo, Floren\u00e7a, Atentas, Havana, Barcelona, Copenhague e tamb\u00e9m em Salvador.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Al\u00e9m de fotografar, Stefano tamb\u00e9m\u00a0\u00e9 m\u00fasico\u00a0e para prestigiar o p\u00fablico baiano ele realiza no pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e1bado (22), \u00e0s 18h, no ICBIE, o Concerto Solid\u00e1rio, a fim de recordar o in\u00edcio de seu sucesso, quando o fez fundar o Ferrara Buskers, festival de rua, onde conheceu Gilberto Gil. Para Stefano, Ferrara e Salvador est\u00e3o culturalmente ligada. &#8220;As duas cidades est\u00e3o representadas no Museo delle Ghise por duas pe\u00e7as de bueiros como uma fant\u00e1stica ponte cultural, atrav\u00e9s do Oceano que as ligam em um contexto pobre, mas \u00fanico e, naturalmente, fascinante na hist\u00f3ria escrita sobre o metal&#8221;, declara Bottoni.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Biografia<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Stefano Bottoni nasceu em 1949 na cidade de Ferrara, na It\u00e1lia.
