The weekend of April 17 and 18 saw the closing of the first event of the ICBIE Project Ponto de Cultura da Ribeira, with financial support from the State of Bahia through the Secretary of Culture (Aldir Blanc Bahia Program) via the Aldir Blanc Law, directed by the Special Secretary of Culture of the Ministry of Tourism, Federal Government.<\/p>\n<\/div>

This is the first time that the ICBIE is holding an almost entirely online event, and due to the Covid19 pandemic situation we had to readapt to the situation, with no small sacrifice.<\/p>\n

First we had to cancel the film screenings and reschedule them for later in the year, hoping for better times. The graffiti painting with the theme reading incentive happened on Saturday, April 17th, without the presence of the public and, therefore, the art of the two talented and affirmed artists of the street art of Santa Catarina, Sagaz and Ixlutx will have to be appreciated by the public through the photographic records that circulate in the social networks.<\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_gallery type=”nivo” interval=”0″ images=”23424,23439,23425,23426″ img_size=”full”]

On Sunday we launched on our Youtube channel the videos of the dramatic readings and scenic interpretations of literary texts by the members of the Piccola Theatre and Music Company of the ICBIE, which were recorded and edited in the preceding weeks by Ivanildo Viana, under the artistic direction of Pietro Gallina.<\/p>\n<\/div>
