The project, with financial support from the State of Bahia through FUNCEB and the State Secretary of Culture (Aldir Blanc Bahia Program) via the Aldir Blanc Law, is a competition between graffiti artists that exalts their skill with sprays and creativity in Hip Hop arts.<\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_single_image image=&#8221;23408&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;]<div class=\" vc_custom_1624987664178 last-paragraph-no-margin\"><p>On Saturday and Sunday, April 10 and 11, the ICBIE hosted the third competition: the Bomb competition, which took advantage of the open area of the Institute&#8217;s interior walls.
