Expressa\u00ea<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space]

The idea for EXPRESSA\u00ca arose from the ICBIE team’s desire to enjoy the space; the event satisfies the association’s desire to move through collective and collaborative actions for and with the community of the Itapagipe Peninsula and the city of Salvador in general.<\/p>\n

As ICBIE’s aim has always been to stimulate and encourage cultural and artistic production, dissemination and circulation, we invite people to exhibit their own creations in the format of a small fair in a simple, welcoming and at the same time stimulating environment, where knowledge, experiences and information can be exchanged between exhibitors and visitors.<\/p>\n

The intention is to give lesser-known artists and craftspeople the opportunity to express themselves, hence the name of the event. Expressing themselves not only through material production, but also immaterial, such as music, dance, theater, poetry and other artistic languages that can be proposed from edition to edition.<\/p>\n

EXPRESSA\u00ca wants to become a regular fixture on Salvador’s cultural agenda so that the public can make a habit of visiting our Institute in search of art, culture and news.<\/p>\n

To take part in each edition of EXPRESSA\u00ca, the ICBIE launches a registration form on its social networks 15 days before the event. The four editions of EXPRESSA\u00ca are:
\nMarch – Tribute to Women’s Month
\nJune – Long live the June Festivities!
\nSeptember – Celebrating Spring
\nDecember – Christmas Celebration<\/p>\n
